Independent contractor for the Sales Recruiter Position. Each person will be hired at the entry level as a Recruiter to earn the right to become a Sales Manager based on their performance. You must demonstrate that you are capable of bringing in 40 new clients within one calendar month, and then you will have the opportunity and build a strong Sales Recruitment team under your leadership to qualify.

We are looking for a competitive Sales Recruitment Representative to develop sales strategies and attract new clients. The successful salesperson will source new sales opportunities and close sales to achieve quotas. The successful candidate will play a key role in increasing income and revenue by generating leads, qualifying prospects, and managing sales of products and services. You will also research sales competition as an outside Sales Representative or Sales Agent.
